Candidate will provide grounds maintenance services to commercial buildings, offices and apartments. Prior experience and knowledge of the industry and experience running and working alongside a crew of 3-4 people is helpful.
Required Experience:
- Must have 1 season (Summer) of professional experience within the industry
- Must have a valid drivers license
- General lawn and landscape experience
- Experience running lawn and landscape equipment
- Chemical applicator experience a plus
- Monday through Friday position - No weekends
- Willing to train non experienced applicants!
Job responsibilities include:
- Maintain commercial grounds in a clean, safe, and timely manner.
- Spring and Fall cleanup
- Required to perform a variety of work, including mowing, weed whipping, shrub trimming, general landscape and snow removal.
- Maintain service request records and maintenance logs.
- Snow Removal (Winter season) (Bobcat, Plow truck, Snow blowers, etc)
- Year round-full time work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
