We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee cleaning services for walworth county sites. In this role, you will manage a team of janitorial staff, ensuring all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include
- Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple locations.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members.
- Monitor cleaning procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Manage cleaning supply inventory and equipment.
- Address client concerns.
- Fill in Clean in areas when needed.
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in cleaning and custodial services is preferred.
