We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher with a minimum of one year of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be professionally prepared to teach young children, with a strong background in Early Childhood Education or Child Development, and must meet the requirements set by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) pursuant to Section 407.140 of the Licensing Standards for Day Care Centers.
This individual should be sensitive, mature, and able to build positive relationships with both children and adults. We are looking for someone who brings leadership, stability, and strong mental aptitude to support program continuity and excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience working with young children
- CDA (Child Development Associate) or AA in Early Childhood Education (required)
- Candidates with a current CDA and Infant-Toddler Endorsement are strongly encouraged to apply
- Must meet Illinois DCFS licensing requirements
