Eagle Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at our multifamily apartment community in Lisle, IL.
$24 - $26 per hour ($27 - $28 per hour for candidates with HVAC certification/experience).
Our Maintenance Technicians work in collaboration with the rest of the Maintenance Team and perform all related duties as directed by the Property Manager.
THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE THE TECHNICIAN TO BE ON-CALL EVERY 2 to 3 WEEKS
On-Call Requirement: This position participates in an after-hours on-call rotation. During scheduled on-call periods, employees must be able to report to the property within 45 minutes of receiving an emergency service call.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· General routine and preventative maintenance of apartments, grounds, amenities, and equipment.
· Ensure timely completion of all work orders and service requests.
· Apartment turns.
· Painting and drywall repair.
· Maintain equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and inventory.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
· Follow safety procedures and protocol.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Apartment maintenance experience – 1 year
· Be able to work independently and as part of a team
· Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
· HVAC maintenance and repair experience a plus (required for upper end of pay range).
