Outbound Caller – Software Demo Setter

SendJim is a SaaS marketing automation platform built for small, service-based businesses like HVAC, lawn care, pressure washing, and contracting companies. We help owners grow revenue through automated direct mail, email, and voice follow-up.
If you’ve spent time on high-volume outbound phones and are comfortable talking with business owners all day, this role will feel familiar—and rewarding.
What you’ll do
- Make 80–120 outbound calls per day using CRM-based leads
- Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Qualify interest and schedule live software demos
- Follow up via phone, email, and text
- Log activity and notes accurately in the CRM
Who this role is built for
This position is designed for callers who already know how to work outbound phones. You should be comfortable with call volume, rejection, and keeping momentum throughout the day.
Required experience
Applicants must have:
- At least 1 year of outbound calling, appointment setting, or inside sales experience
- Background in B2B sales, SaaS, call centers, or lead generation
- Comfort handling rejection and maintaining daily call volume
- Experience following scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Compensation
- $18/hour base (approximately $37,400 annually)
- $15 per completed demo ($8,000–$15,000+ per year)
- On-target earnings: ~$53,000+
