Maintenance Supervisor

An established apartment management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a multisite multifamily community in Brownsville, TN.

What You'll Do
- Lead all daily maintenance operations
- Coordinate apartment turns to support occupancy goals
- Prioritize and oversee resident service requests while maintaining high customer service standards
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and conduct routine property inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general building systems
- Manage maintenance inventory, vendor relationships, and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Participate in the property's emergency on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience
- EPA Certification required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair experience
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service
