What You'll Do
As a Residential Painter, you'll help deliver exceptional experiences and beautiful finished projects for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete high-quality interior and exterior residential painting projects
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming
- Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment
- Protect floors, furniture, landscaping, and homeowner belongings
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Follow company painting systems and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, teammates, and project managers
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Identify potential issues before they become problems
- Care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Leave every project cleaner than you found it

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- 1–3+ years of professional residential painting experience
- Experience with interior and exterior painting
- Knowledge of proper prep work and finishing techniques
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
Applicants with less experience but an exceptional attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
