The Role:
We are hiring an Account Manager focused on new client acquisition and early-stage account growth.
This role owns the first 12–18 months of the client lifecycle, where the impact is highest.
You will:
- Acquire new lender relationships (new logos)
- Onboard and stabilize new clients
- Drive early-stage growth and engagement
- Transition accounts once they are established
This is a sales-first role, not a maintenance role.
What You’ll Own:
- Generate and close new business opportunities
- Build relationships with lenders, branch managers, and decision-makers
- Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure a strong launch
- Identify and execute early expansion opportunities
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Maintain pipeline and activity in CRM
- Other duties as assigned
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistent new logo acquisition
- Strong onboarding execution and client adoption
- Revenue growth within the first 12–18 months
- Smooth transition of stabilized accounts
Who You Are:
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Comfortable in a high-activity, outbound environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly accountable and results-driven
Preferred:
- Mortgage, lending, or appraisal industry experience
- Experience managing early-stage client relationships
