Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on residential maintenance and improvement projects. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our properties remain attractive, safe, and in excellent condition. Working closely with our property management team, you’ll benefit from clear communication and a cohesive team approach to property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and repair tasks across apartments, small multifamily units, and single-family homes.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general property upkeep.
- Prepare units for turnover promptly, ensuring readiness for new tenants.
- Collaborate directly with the property management team to coordinate tasks efficiently and maintain high property standards.
- Learn from and be guided by a highly skilled supervisor experienced in all facets of residential maintenance and construction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential maintenance and general construction.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, carpentry, or related handyman skills.
- Capable of effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to expand your skill set and knowledge base.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
