Position Overview:
Drivers transport clients to and from medical appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, outpatient procedures, pharmacy visits, and essential errands. This is a field‑based driving role. Drivers represent Ace of Safety with professionalism, courtesy, and safety at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, punctual, door‑to‑door transportation
- Assist clients entering and exiting the vehicle
- Maintain a clean, well‑kept vehicle
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and clients
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Document trips accurately
- Uphold Ace of Safety’s standards of care, dignity, and respect
Requirements:
•Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 25+ years old
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- BLS Certification
- Defensive Driving Certification
- Reliable personal vehicle (clean, insured, well‑maintained)
- Smartphone with GPS
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to assist ambulatory clients safely
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Experience:
- NEMT, rideshare, courier, or professional driving
- Healthcare or caregiving background
- Familiarity with DFW routes and medical facilities

Contract Type:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Drivers are responsible for their own fuel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, and taxes.
