Looking for experienced "jack of all trades"-type maintenance worker.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping and maintaining buildings and equipment. We would like someone who would be able to install, maintain, and repair our electrical, structural, plumbing etc. in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting)
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and systems
- Troubleshoot and fix issues
- Assist with remodeling and renovation projects
- Maintain a clean and safe working area
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Opportunity to travel to other branches, but is not necessary
Previous mechanical experience is highly valued.
