We're looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead exciting commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and luxury residential projects from concept through construction.
You'll collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors while mentoring junior designers and delivering innovative, high-quality interior environments.

What You'll Do
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
- Develop innovative interior design concepts
- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Create Space Planning and interior layouts
- Prepare Construction Documents
- Produce detailed Construction Drawings
- Select and specify FF&E
- Develop finish schedules and material specifications
- Coordinate with architects and contractors
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Oversee installations and site visits
- Mentor junior designers
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
Required QualificationsMust Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 7+ years of Interior Design experience
- Commercial Interior Design experience
- Multifamily, Hospitality, or Workplace project experience
- Strong Space Planning skills
- Experience producing Construction Documents
- Experience creating Construction Drawings
- Strong knowledge of FF&E
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Client-facing presentation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with:
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- NCIDQ Certification
- Luxury Residential experience
- Sustainable Design experience
- Knowledge of building codes
- Vendor and consultant coordination
- Construction Administration
- Finish schedules
- Material specifications
- Rendering experience
Pay: $82,464.96 - $99,312.64 per year
