We're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us continue our growth by creating new opportunities and building relationships with homeowners.
This position is a combination of office and field work and is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, marketing, and making an impact every day.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads throughout the state of Delaware.
- Meet directly with homeowners and potential customers.
- Build relationships with local communities, businesses, and referral partners.
- Represent Apple Roofing at events, community functions, and networking opportunities.
- Utilize social media to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Assist with digital marketing initiatives and online advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified appointments are scheduled.
- Help develop creative marketing ideas to grow the business.
Qualifications
- Experience in the home improvement industry or another service-based business is required.
- Proven experience generating new leads and working directly with customers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working both in an office environment and out in the field.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing.
- Experience creating and managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Comfortable appearing in videos and creating social media content.
- Experience generating leads through Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Pay: $16.00 - $2,314.72 per hour
