We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Alumni Engagement to lead our efforts in fostering meaningful relationships with our alumni community. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive alumni engagement strategies aligned with institutional goals, utilizing data-driven insights and strategic planning.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of alumni events, including reunions, networking gatherings, and virtual programs that foster community involvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with alumni through personalized outreach initiatives, social media campaigns, email marketing, and targeted communication efforts using CRM software such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to promote alumni stories, achievements, and upcoming events across various platforms including social media channels.
- Maintain accurate records of alumni interactions, engagement metrics, and database management using Ellucian or similar systems to support fundraising efforts and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning, or alumni relations within Substance Abuse or Mental Health Facilities.
- Strong business development skills with a background in fundraising or development activities.
- Excellent public speaking abilities complemented by compelling writing and editing skills for newsletters, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms to enhance outreach efforts.
- Strategic thinker with experience in data management, relationship building, and implementing outreach initiatives that foster community engagement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments; proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite is essential.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
