Duties
- Handle a variety of customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Process loan applications, including loan origination and processing, ensuring compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and other industry regulations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products such as savings accounts, checking accounts, loans, and credit services to provide informed advice
- Ensure adherence to all banking regulatory requirements and financial compliance standards during daily operations
- Utilize core banking systems and financial software to record transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct basic math calculations swiftly using 10-key typing skills to verify transaction amounts and balances
