Position Overview
NextGen Development is currently seeking dedicated independent contractors to provide youth and family support services throughout Indiana. This opportunity offers flexibility for professionals looking to build a meaningful caseload while maintaining control over their schedules.
Services are provided in client homes, schools, and community-based settings. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
Contractors may be assigned to one or more of the following service areas based on experience, availability, and organizational need:
- Supervised Visitation
- Home-Based Casework Services
- Father Engagement Services
- Tutoring Services
Compensation varies based on service assignment and experience level, with hourly rates ranging from $30.00 to $50.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support services to youth and families in community-based settings
- Maintain professional documentation and service records
- Build positive relationships with youth, caregivers, and community partners
- Support family engagement, skill development, and goal achievement
- Adhere to agency policies, service standards, and contractual requirements
- Travel to client locations as needed
Qualifications Required:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, families, and/or high-need populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for some evening and weekend hours
Preferred:
- Experience in education, social services, behavioral health, youth development, mentoring, case management, or related fields
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and family-centered practices
