AAA Steel Fabricators in Deerfield Beach, FL is adding a second shift and seeking an experienced welder fabricator. We specialize in custom structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and take pride in precision, quality, and safety.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (half-hour overlap with day shift for handoff)
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication of structural steel members and components
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
- Fit up and assemble structural members per shop drawings
- Operate fabrication equipment such as welders, plasma cutters, ironworkers, and saws
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in welding and fabrication (structural steel preferred)
- Proficiency in MIG/flux-core welding; stick a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Must pass a welding test (administered in-house by our AWS Certified Welding Inspector)
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- $22 - $27 per hour, depending on experience
- Consistent evening schedule (M-F 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
