We are a busy and growing personal injury chiropractic and medical center dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients injured in motor vehicle accidents. We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Bilingual Medical Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our Coral Way team.
Position Summary
The Medical Assistant will work directly under the supervision of our chiropractors, assisting with patient care and providing prescribed therapeutic treatments. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in a personal injury or chiropractic office who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform therapeutic treatments as prescribed by the chiropractor.
- Prepare patients for examinations and therapy sessions.
- Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation.
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Work closely with the front office to maintain efficient patient flow.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every patient.
Qualifications
- Previous Medical Assistant experience required.
- Personal Injury or Chiropractic office experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
- Reliable, dependable, and professional.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
