We are a locally owned Right at Home franchise serving seniors and families throughout the Tri‑City and East Bay area. Our agency provides high‑quality, non‑medical home care services and partners closely with healthcare, senior living, and professional referral sources.
We are in a growth phase and are seeking an experienced, relationship‑driven professional to help us build and expand sustainable referral channels.
This role is a pure outside sales / business development position focused exclusively on generating net‑new service hours for the agency through professional referral relationships.
This is not an inside sales, call‑center, or account management role. You will be fully autonomous, working in the field, building long‑term referral partnerships.
You set your own schedule and work independently.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
o Assisted living and memory care communities
Elder law attorneys
Case managers, fiduciaries, and care professionals
Veterans and community organizations
Conduct in‑person visits and meetings
Represent the agency professionally in the community
Generate new client starts and service hours
Focus on quality referrals that lead to ongoing care needs
Compensation and performance are tied only to agency growth, not existing business.
- Net‑new service hours started
Hours must originate from new referral relationships or new clients
No compensation is paid on hours already on the books
Hours must meet a minimum retention threshold to qualify
- Commission‑only compensation
Earnings are directly tied to net‑new service hours generated
