We're looking to add a motivated team member who wants more than just a job- we're looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with us. Starting wage $18.50-$22.50 DOE with opportunities for advancement and pay increases based on performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing (walk-behind and riding mowers)
- Trimming and edging
- Hedge and shrub trimming
- Weed control
- Property cleanups
- Bark, rock, and gravel installation
- Raking and debris removal
- General landscape maintenance
- Other landscaping duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Landscaping experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to work well with a team
- Quick learner who takes initiative
- Leadership experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow into a Crew Lead position over time.
