Essential duties include:
- maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and consistent department profitability,
- maintaining strong finance source relationships,
- successfully obtaining lender approvals through appropriate deal organization and strong negotiation skills,
- 100% product presentations utilizing a finance menu to successfully achieve penetration and per copy targets,
- completing all paperwork accurately to ensure quick funding, and
- ensuring 100% compliance with compliance policies and laws (Red Flag, Risk Based Disclosure, Adverse Action Notices, and FTC Safeguard Rules.
