DE LA ROSA REAL FOODS & VINEYARDS
We are a Kosher and Organic Food & Wine Company looking for a go-getter to help to service our existing retail and restaurant clients, calling on these accounts along the prescribed route and working with them to provide them with the products they want. Applicants will be going to local accounts to service them using our company van which is loaded with product. Job entails helping retailers to merchandise our products properly on their shelves. Once trained, this person will also be calling on new accounts.
Applicant will be working with Food and Wine sales. Experience with organics helpful. Experience with Kosher food products a plus. Looking for someone who really understands our healthy approach. Someone who frequently shops in places like Whole Foods.
Applicant needs to be a self starter who is highly organized, detail oriented and outgoing. Excellent English skills necessary. Bilingual preferred.
Applicant needs to have an excellent driving record. Our insurance company will be reviewing driving records and looks for people without accidents and tickets. If you have tickets or accidents, please do not apply.
We are a small growth oriented firm and we are looking for someone who wishes to work with us and help us grow. The applicant will need to wear many hats.
This is not a telemarketing job.

Responsibilities
- Contact existing customers and service them.
- Contact existing sales leads and turn them into customers after initial training period.
- Be trained to understand both the Wine and Food side of the business.
- Excellent Verbal and Written English Language Skills necessary.
- Must be a team player and work easily with others.
- Knowledge/computer skills to include Excel, Word a plus.
- Creative with a strategic mind set.
- Has a "whatever it takes" kind of attitude.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Willing to "roll up your sleeves" and pitch in.
- Excellent math skills needed.
- Understanding of Healthy Way of Eating necessary.
Requirements
- Previous Sales Experience a must. Preferably in Food.
- Must have valid drivers license with no tickets or accidents.
- Able to lift 60 pounds if needed. Wine cases are heavy.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Work authorization for USA required.
- Office is totally smoke free.
Hours during the week are slightly extended M-Th (9A-6P) as we close early on Friday (3P).
