About the role
Unblocked Brands is hiring Creator Growth Interns to recruit and onboard new creators for Echo Club. You'll run growth on your own campus — referring students, posting content, and helping new creators get activated. This is a real internship with quantifiable, resume-ready results, plus commission for every creator you bring on who actually gets active.
What you'll do
- Recruit ~5 new creators per week through in-person and group referrals
- Publish 1 campus social post per week (Instagram, TikTok, wherever you're active)
- Help your referred creators complete onboarding and their first content post
- Run distribution across IG, TikTok, Facebook class groups, and school subreddits
- Join a 15-minute async check-in each Tuesday (message-based — no scheduled calls)

Who we're looking for
- Currently enrolled US college student, 18 or older
- Active and credible on at least one social platform (Instagram or TikTok)
- Self-starter comfortable with both in-person and online outreach
- Reliable on weekly deliverables and async communication
Pay: From $150.00 per month
