What You’ll Do:
- Provide specialized nursing care for oncology and med-surg patients
- Monitor patients using GE telemetry systems and interpret dysrhythmias
- Access ports, manage arterial lines, and administer blood products
- Care for central lines, PICC lines, and assist with chest tube insertion/removal
- Administer IV therapy and high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC) treatments
- Focus on infection prevention protocols and patient safety
- Support symptom management related to treatment and disease progression
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
What You Need:
- Ohio RN license and BCLS certification
- At least 2 years of RN experience with strong clinical skills
- EPIC system experience required
- Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels
- Excellent interpretation of dysrhythmias and vascular access skills
- Strong understanding of infection prevention and patient safety protocols
