Sanitation & Maintenance Crew Member to service a commercial office facility in Oceanside.
This is an evening position that is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income with consistent part-time work. The position involves general commercial janitorial services and maintaining a clean, professional environment for our client.
Responsibilities:
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Dust surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Vacuum carpets and floor mats
- Sweep and mop hard surface floors
- Clean break room and common areas
- Spot clean glass and touch points
- Restock paper products and soap as needed
- Lock up and secure the facility upon completion
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be dependable and consistently arrive on scheduled days
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform routine cleaning tasks
