We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead service in a refined, high-end dining environment focused on hospitality, precision, and memorable guest experiences.
This is a leadership role for someone who understands that fine dining is about consistency, timing, presence, and detail—not just service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead nightly front-of-house service with confidence and control
- Maintain exceptional guest experience standards from arrival to departure
- Train, coach, and develop service staff to fine dining expectations
- Oversee floor flow, pacing, and coordination with the kitchen
- Manage reservations, seating strategy, and guest relations
- Support labor management, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Uphold standards for wine, cocktails, and service presentation
- Resolve guest concerns with discretion and professionalism
What we’re looking for:
- Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant management experience required
- Strong leadership presence—calm, composed, and authoritative under pressure
- Deep understanding of service etiquette, pacing, and guest experience
- Ability to lead a team on the floor, not from the office
- Strong communication with both culinary and FOH teams
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation and standards
- Wine and beverage knowledge strongly preferred
