In this role, you’ll take ownership of daily maintenance responsibilities across our managed communities while supporting efficient operations and upholding company standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
- Complete work orders for plumbing, electrical, painting, and general carpentry repairs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain common areas, landscaping, and building grounds as needed
- Coordinate with property managers and outside vendors for specialized repairs
- Document maintenance activities and communicate updates clearly to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt to new technologies and procedures
