The Job: We are looking for a highly experienced Caregiver Professional to help support a long term, high needs clients with dementia or Alzheimer's. While we require this candidate to have prior experience in working with high-need clients we always provide ongoing support, training and coaching.
Expectations and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provides companionship and care for high need elderly clients
- Alzheimer’s or Dementia Care experience of at least 1 year
- Conduct basic errands and light housekeeping tasks
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Preparing meals

Requirements to be a CarePro:
- Must be vaccinated
- Must be able to work with clients with higher care needs (dementia, bedridden, confused clients)
- Patient and compassionate for clients issues
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Experienced with transferring- in and out of bed
- Familiarity with a facility setting
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check (if applicable not required, and TB test
