Purpose of Job
The Auto Parts Sales Associate works with a retail team to assist customers with their battery needs.
Job Duties
Provide excellent customer service to meet customer battery needs
Battery installation in many applications (Automotive, RV, etc.)
Answers phones to assist with customer requests
Operates retail counter sales using Point of Sales system
Handles cash register
Receiving and Shipping of inventory
Stocking shelves with inventory
Maintaining store organization and cleanliness
Stacking batteries on pallets to DOT regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable method of transportation to work
Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
Basic computer skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Pass pre-employment drug screening

Wage and Benefits
$16-$19/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
