Keikeu is looking for a talented, reliable, and passionate Part-Time Cake Decorator & Assistant Baker to join our team! If you have a sharp eye for detail, a love for beautiful pastries, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you. While your primary focus will be crafting and decorating stunning cakes, you will also assist with basic baking duties to keep our cases full and beautiful.
Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour base pay (Starting pay based on experience) plus tips!
Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Flexible hours (Includes potential early mornings, weekends, or holiday shifts depending on production needs)
Key Responsibilities
Artistic Cake Decorating: Design, frost, and decorate a variety of cakes and pastries ensuring high-quality visual presentation.
Baking Assistance: Assist with basic baking tasks, including prepping ingredients, mixing batters, and monitoring oven times.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards for taste, texture, and visual appeal for all finished products.
Kitchen Maintenance: Keep work stations clean, sanitized, and organized in compliance with food safety regulations.
Inventory Prep: Assist in monitoring ingredient stock and preparing orders as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience in cake decorating (portfolio or photos of previous work is a big plus!).
Baking Knowledge: Basic understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
