Established food Prep Company/Cafeteria seeking a motivated individual with Cashiering and kitchen experience to work in our cafeteria located within St Joseph Regional High School in New Jersey.
Tasks will include: Helping prepare for breakfast and lunch + cashiering during the lunch rushes from 11am-12:30pm. We aim to make it a very great atmosphere for the students at SJR to grab a bite to eat! Any Deli experience or cashier experience is a PLUS.
Candidates must have their own transportation to get to and from the cafe, as well as being clean and organized. Rate of pay depends on experience.
Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30am - 2pm
Responsibilities include:
- Stocking inventory
- Knowledge of POS systems / cash handling
- helping the head chef prepare lunch specials and assorted wraps/sandwiches
- Closing out your drawer at the end of the day
- helping out with communicating what inventory is needed for the cook to order.
- cleanliness of station
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
