Job Summary
Crew Leader position would be required to manage all members of the crew and complete loadout operations on a nightly basis. As a working position, the Crew Leader would drive the crew safely to and from the work site and complete the loadout following animal welfare guidelines, safely and within a timely manner.
THIS IS A THIRD SHIFT/NIGHT POSITION.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure biosecurity policies; adhere to company’s animal welfare guidelines.
Ability to understand and follow through on general safety, operating, and quality assurance procedures.
This is a third shift position with limited weekends.
Required Skillsand Experience:
Basic smartphone and computer/tablet skills. (Data entry/driving directions).
Basic understanding of machinery operations (loading equipment).
Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds on occasion.
Valid Drivers License (ability to be added to company insurance).
Crew supervision and management of 3-7 people. (proof required).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
