The Role: The Heart of the Kitchen
You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment. From diagnosing electrical issues in a convection oven to calibrating a commercial steamer, you are the technical expert our clients rely on.

A Day in the Life
- Master the "Hot Side": Diagnose and repair commercial ovens, ranges, fryers, and steamers.
- Support the "Cold Side": Assist with reach-ins, walk-ins, and ice machines (we leverage our 50+ years of refrigeration expertise here!).
- Direct Impact: Work directly with chefs and restaurant owners to get their operations back online, acting as a professional consultant on-site.
- Safety & Precision: Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and operates at peak energy efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table
- Kitchen Equipment Experience: 2+ years of experience with commercial food service equipment (CFESA certification is a major plus!).
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, gas, and steam components.
- Professionalism: You’re entering high-end kitchens; a clean appearance and clear communication skills are a must.
- The Essentials: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
