What You'll Do
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll play an essential role in helping our patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health by:
- Performing comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
- Conducting periodontal assessments and documenting clinical findings
- Taking diagnostic dental radiographs while following all safety protocols
- Educating patients on preventive care, oral hygiene, and healthy habits
- Assisting the doctors during examinations and collaborating on treatment planning
- Providing post-treatment instructions and answering patient questions with confidence and compassion
- Maintaining the highest standards of infection control and instrument sterilization
- Delivering an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Ohio
- Current local anesthesia certification (if applicable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
- Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with dental practice management software is preferred but not required
