About the Position
1 Call Enterprises is seeking an experienced Trucking Dispatch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our trucking division supporting the oil & gas, crane, and rigging industries. This position requires a highly organized, motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of keeping our fleet productive, compliant, and operating efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of trucking operations within the oil & gas industry and understand the unique demands of crane and rigging projects.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch and schedule trucks to maximize fleet utilization and minimize downtime.
- Ensure trucks are consistently booked and generating revenue whenever possible.
- Coordinate trucking operations for all divisions within 1 Call.
- Monitor the location, availability, and status of all trucks and trailers.
- Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for all trucks and trailers.
- Review driver’s field tickets, logs, pre/post trips for accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with the office staff to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and all applicable trucking regulations.
- Monitor driver qualifications, Hours of Service, inspections, and other compliance requirements.
- Communicate regularly with drivers, customers, mechanics, vendors, and company management.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and fleet documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of trucking dispatch or transportation management experience in the Oil & Gas Industry preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of oil & gas and construction trucking operations.
- Experience supporting crane and rigging operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of DOT, FMCSA, Hours of Service, permitting, and trucking compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making and receiving frequent phone calls throughout the day.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold drivers accountable while maintaining positive working relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
