We are looking for compassionate, dependable nurses to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care in patients' homes. We have opportunities available for full-time, part-time, and PRN nurses across all shifts, with a variety of cases and schedules available.

Why Private Duty Nursing?
Private duty nursing allows you to provide meaningful, individualized care while building a strong relationship with your patient and their family. Rather than caring for multiple patients at once, you'll have the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time and provide the consistent, compassionate care they deserve.
What You'll Do
Depending on the needs of your assigned patient, responsibilities may include:
- Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home
- Monitor and assess the patient's condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition
- Assist with activities of daily living and other patient-specific needs
- Follow the patient's individualized plan of care
- Accurately document nursing care and changes in condition
- Communicate with the patient's family, physicians, and healthcare team
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- Provide safe, compassionate, and dependable care
What We're Looking For
- Current RN or LPN license in North Carolina
- Reliable and dependable
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Willingness to follow the patient's plan of care and physician orders
- Previous nursing experience preferred; experience requirements may vary by case
