We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across various areas of our property. Your expertise will ensure that all spaces are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Duties
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to execute projects accurately.
- Utilize power tools and manual hand tools safely to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to all workplace safety regulations.
- Repair or replace damaged equipment and ensure proper functioning through mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Support heavy lifting activities using proper manual handling techniques while maintaining compliance with safety protocols such as respiratory protection when necessary.
- Climb ladders or scaffolding safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas for maintenance or repairs.
- Implement construction workplace safety regulations during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections completed.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction environments .
- Hands-on experience with equipment repair, installation projects, and the use of power tools in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques, manual handling procedures, and climbing safely in various work conditions.
- Prior experience working with respiratory protection equipment and adhering to safety regulations related to industrial environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while executing maintenance or repair tasks efficiently.

Pay: $27.90 - $33.60 per hour
