Job description
Clinical Research of West Florida (Clearwater Site Location) has an immediate full-time bookkeeper position available for an individual who is detail-oriented, hardworking, efficient, and willing to learn and adapt to CRWF’s various business needs. The bookkeeper must be a team player as they will need to communicate and work well with others within the company.
Responsibilities and skills needed:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Strong communicator
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office Required with high proficiency in Excel, knowledge of QuickBooks)
- Ability to compose professional correspondence
- Assist with data entry, invoice creation, reconciliation, and general office tasks as required
- Assist with Clinical Trial Management System tasks (RealTime)

CRWF is dedicated to providing excellent patient care and our studies are conducted by board certified/eligible physicians along with an experienced, highly trained clinical staff. Our offices have full time board certified Nurse Practitioners on site in addition to the many certified Clinical Research Coordinators.
Education Requirements:
- AA or Bachelor's degree required and proven bookkeeping experience
