Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Automotive Product and Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise and automotive knowledge to connect with customers, promote our vehicle inventory, and drive high-end sales. Your multilingual skills, strong negotiation abilities, and customer service excellence will be essential in building lasting relationships and expanding our sales pipeline.
Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outbound sales calls from warm leads with outreach to generate opportunities
- Present vehicle features and benefits confidently to customers
- Negotiate deals effectively to close high-end sales while maximizing profitability for the dealership
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track prospects, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory control, and coordinating with marketing efforts to promote available vehicles

Experience
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automotive products is beneficial
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication abilities; public speaking experience is a plus
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and automotive industry standards is highly desirable

Pay: $67,209.25 - $115,000.00 per year
