Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized 1:1 fitness training sessions.
- Teach proper exercise techniques and safe workout practices.
- Create engaging and enjoyable workouts that build confidence and encourage continued participation.
- Motivate and support the student in reaching personal fitness goals.
- Provide basic guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and nutrition that support overall health and wellness.
- Track progress and adjust activities as needed to meet the student's abilities and goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children and/or individuals with special needs preferred.
- Positive, patient, and motivational personality.
- Knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and healthy nutrition practices.
- Ability to create a fun, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.
- Reliable and professional.
Schedule:
- One-hour sessions.
- Flexible hours based on availability and student needs.
