Operations Manager – Personal Injury Law Firm
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day front office operations at our Personal Injury law firm. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with attorneys, case managers, and intake staff to ensure protocols are followed, cases are properly handled, and operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office, intake, and case management support teams
- Ensure firm-wide compliance with SOPs and workflows
- Conduct regular audits of case files, intake quality, and case progression
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Support attorneys and staff to ensure timely and accurate case handling
- Train, coach, and hold staff accountable to performance standards
- Monitor metrics, reporting, and workflow bottlenecks
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a Personal Injury law firm (REQUIRED)
- Strong understanding of PI case lifecycle
- Prior management, supervisory, or senior case management experience
- Experience with audits, quality control, and workflow enforcement
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred
- Experience with FileVine case management software

Full-time | Competitive salary + benefits
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
