Instructional Excellence

Design and deliver engaging lessons that challenge students through Higher Order Thinking strategies.

Prioritize rich vocabulary instruction across content areas.

Adapt lessons to meet the diverse academic and cultural needs of your students.
Student Growth

Use a variety of assessments to track progress and drive individualized instruction.

Participate in data team meetings and PLCs to refine practice and raise achievement.

Model and nurture responsible, respectful, and safe behaviors.
