Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant. This is a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience while supporting both the administrative and clinical aspects of the practice.
You will be cross-trained in all areas of the clinic — front desk duties, patient flow, and assisting providers. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys learning, and is excited to be part of a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
- Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
- Assist providers with patient care as a Chiropractic Assistant (training provided)
- Support the flow of both medical and aesthetic services
- Learn and assist with IV therapy, aesthetic procedures, and wellness programs (as appropriate)
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Computer literacy and comfort with electronic medical records (training provided)
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or front desk role is a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to cross-train and take on both administrative and clinical assistant duties

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
