tasks & Responsibilities: • Assist management with day-to-day capital budget management and operational oversight for all capital projects • Perform forecast and variance analysis against capital plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and supporting re forecasting activities • Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc portfolio financial reporting • Ensure adherence with capital governance requirements, including adherence to forecasting and status update deadlines • Assist with the maintenance of the capital plan, including new project intake, funding adjustments and budget changes • Provide financial guidance and forecasting support to project managers and stakeholders • Maintain and update capital management process documentation to align with changes to controls, standards and governance requirements
