The assistant field supervisor is responsible for helping the field supervisor with any miscellaneous tasks. The role may occasionally require completion of work orders alone. This role will provide the employee with the necessary on the job training to progress in the electrical trade.
Essential Functions:
- Assist assigned field supervisor
- Learning through on-the-job training with roughs, trims, project management
- Ability to use hand tools for electrical work in new construction
- Working independently to finish electrical installations after quality control walks
Working Conditions:
- Active Construction Zones, homeowner occupied properties
Required Qualifications:
- Clean appearance (warranty and service visits)
- Good customer service skills
- Clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- None/Entry-level position
Pay: $18.75 - $22.00 per hour
