Production Supervisor
Queen Custom Boats is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team on-site. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Lead, motivate, and support production employees to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of production supervisory or manufacturing leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing and working effectively with teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in boat manufacturing, marine, or custom fabrication environments is a plus.
