Responsibilities

- Analyze case details and client needs to determine appropriate settlement strategies
- Collaborate with the pre-litigation supervisor, insurance companies, and clients to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved
Qualifications
- Proven experience in negotiating personal injury settlements
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and claims process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex case details
- Ability to maintain a calm, focused demeanor under pressure

Experience:
- Personal injury law: 3 years (Preferred)
