Signature Labor Services is hiring Carpenter Helpers for commercial construction projects in Parker, South Dakota and surrounding areas, including Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, Tea, Canton, and Hartford.

Responsibilities
- Assist commercial carpenters with daily jobsite tasks
- Load, unload, and move construction materials
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and installation
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direction
- Help with framing, blocking, trim, doors, and other carpentry work
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
- Assist other trades and crew members as needed
Requirements
- Previous construction or carpentry experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite
- Ability to work on your feet and perform physical labor
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team
