Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hardscape/Landscape crew member to spearhead our landscape construction projects, specializing in hardscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces. In this vital role, you will be apart of a team of skilled crew members, ensuring that each project is executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties
- Work diligently ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as pavers, stonework, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
- Help coordinate schedules, materials procurement, and equipment usage to maximize productivity
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment for all team members
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to clarify project scope and address any onsite issues promptly
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction to ensure craftsmanship meets company standards
- Assist with site preparation, grading, planting, softscapes, and general landscaping tasks as needed
- This position is for an individual who would like to be promoted to a foreman position in the near future
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape or construction crews with a focus on hardscape projects
- Strong background in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture or related fields
- Knowledge of construction techniques specific to stonework, paving, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and general garden maintenance practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
