Overview
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to lead the development and execution of strategic alliances that drive growth, innovation, and market expansion. Duties
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners that align with organizational objectives and growth plans
- Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and clear deliverables
- Develop comprehensive strategic plans to expand partnership networks and maximize collaborative opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to integrate partnership initiatives into broader business strategies
- Oversee the management of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track partnership activities, engagement metrics, and pipeline progress
- Drive business development efforts by leveraging Salesforce and other CRM tools to identify new prospects and nurture existing relationships
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, or alliance management within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex agreements with diverse stakeholders across industries
- Strong background in sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and relationship management
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking engagement and pipeline management
- Expertise in project management methodologies to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing principles to support partnership branding and co-marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
